Shipping Carrier

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.

Shipping Costs

  • Retail Customers (Orders Under $100): Retail customers are responsible for paying the full shipping costs for all orders with a subtotal under $100 USD. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and the destination address.
  • Retail Customers (Orders $100 and Over): We are pleased to offer free UPS Ground shipping to retail customers on all orders with a subtotal of $100 USD or more.
  • Wholesale Customers: Wholesale customers are responsible for paying the full shipping costs on all orders, regardless of the order total. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination address.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect shipping addresses.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times with UPS Ground vary depending on the destination within the United States. You can typically expect delivery within 2-7 business days after shipment. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the UPS website: www.ups.com/track. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO (Army Post Office), or FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses at this time. Please provide a valid street address for shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately HERE with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with UPS to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Please retain all original packaging if your order arrives damaged, as UPS may require this for inspection.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order HERE with your order number and details of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item (if necessary).
