Meredith Remz & Marissa Woodrow
December 6th, 2023 to January 2nd, 2024 at the Witherspoon St. Cafe

Marissa Woodrow
Marissa Woodrow is a painter, draughtswoman, writer, photographer, and printmaker. With West Coast roots, and a diploma in Printmaking and Painting from California’s Academy of Art University, she now lives and works in New Jersey.
Her formation as a painter grew from the energy of creating woodcut prints and working with inks. Woodrow has worked in acrylic painting for the past several years. She finds a home in the immediacy of the mark-making process, and freedom of movement and forms. She creates subconscious narratives through abstracts in portraiture, and otherwise, with broad strokes and wild color palettes.

Meredith Remz
Meredith Remz is a Princeton-based collage artist + sculptor. Her paintings are heavily influenced by contemporary and industrial design, as well as Mother Nature. Her current paintings are a runway, upon which she catapults latex paint onto earthly layers of patterned, sealed paper. Meredith Remz is a BFA graduate of Mason Gross at Rutgers University. Her work is home to five installations within St. Peter’s Medical Center in New Brunswick and Carrier Clinic in Belle Mead, New Jersey.
